Re: Opening a Church Designated Fund

Thank you for your interest in opening a Church Designated Fund with the PCA Foundation. We think that you will be pleased with the flexibility and simplicity of this service.

Click here to download our Church Designated Fund agreement. This agreement is provided to you in an Adobe Acrobat PDF format so that you can download, review. If you do not have Adobe's Acrobat Reader, you can click here to download it free of charge.

If you are ready to establish your Church Designated Fund, you may fill out this agreement by filling in the date, the name of your fund, the purpose or designation for your fund, and some information about who can authorize transactions for your account

Send your completed agreement to the PCA Foundation (1700 North Brown Road, Suite 103, Lawrenceville, GA 30043) – once the account has been funded and we have executed the agreement, we will send you a copy for your files.

You have several options with regard to the funding of your account. Anyone may fund the Church Designated Fund with stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or other appreciated property. If someone wishes to transfer any such assets to the Foundation for your account, please call us at 800-700-3221. It is necessary to inform us prior to making such a transfer, and we will be able to provide you and your members with the appropriate instructions at that time. You may also choose to send in a check along with your agreement. Checks should be made out to the Presbyterian Church in America Foundation, Inc.
