Re: Opening a Recommended Endowment

Thank you for your interest in opening a Recommended Endowment with the PCA Foundation. We think that you will be pleased with the flexibility and simplicity of this service.

Click here to access our Recommended Endowment Agreement. This agreement is provided to you in an Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format so that you can download, review, and print it. If you do not have Adobe's Acrobat Reader, you can click here to download it free of charge.

If you are ready to establish your Endowment, you may fill out this agreement by filling in the date, the name of your fund, some basic information about you that we require for our files, and a description of the assets with which you will open the account (schedule ‘A’). If you are undecided about the specifics of your initial gift, you may leave schedule ‘A’ blank and we will fill it in when the information becomes available. The final page, the ‘Memorandum of Agreement,’ allows you to name successors to the original distribution committee for your fund.

Send your completed agreement to the PCA Foundation (1700 North Brown Road, Suite 103, Lawrenceville, GA 30043) – once the account has been funded and we have executed the agreement, we will send you a copy for your files.

You have several options with regard to the funding of your account. You may fund your Recommended Endowment with stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or other appreciated property. If you wish to transfer any such assets to the Foundation for your account, please call us at 800-700-3221. It is necessary that you inform us prior to making such a transfer, and we will be able to provide you with the appropriate instructions at that time. You may also choose to send in a check along with your agreement. Checks should be made out to the Presbyterian Church in America Foundation, Inc.
